The easiest way is to use iTunes to transfer photos from your iPhone to computer. If you don’t have iTunes, follow this method.

Method 1: How to Transfer Photos From iPhone to Mac Computer without iTunes?

Step1. Connect your iPhone to your mac computer via USB cable.

Step2. Open Finder (Windows) or the “Go to Finder” option on your iPhone (Mac) menu bar and click on the “Devices” tab.
