Method 1: How to Transfer Photos From iPhone to Mac Computer without iTunes?
Step1. Connect your iPhone to your mac computer via USB cable.
Step2. Open Finder (Windows) or the “Go to Finder” option on your iPhone (Mac) menu bar and click on the “Devices” tab.
